I was injured, what do I do?
If you become injured while performing services through OnCallForCare, an Occupational Accident Insurance claim will need to be reported immediately. To file a claim, click the button below. If you are asked to provide your policy number please use Occupational Accident Policy Number: OCA 5941882-00.
If your injuries require immediate medical attention, please go directly to the nearest hospital/urgent care center for medical treatment or call 911.
After I file my claim, what do I do now?
After you file a claim, a claims adjuster will reach out to you within 48 hours to get your information and explain more.
- If you are injured - go seek treatment immediately. You do not need permission from the insurance company to get treated and you can seek care at any hospital, clinic, or other licensed healthcare facilities that will treat you.
- Keep your receipts for any out-of-pocket expenses including co-pays. These might be eligible for reimbursement.
